Three ways to follow your parcel
- The tracking link in your shipping email. It opens your order status page with the latest scan.
- Your account. Sign in with your email address to see your orders and their status. No password needed: we send you a one-time code.
- Your tracking number. Paste it on 17TRACK to follow the parcel to your door.
Good to know
- Delivery usually 5 to 11 days, occasionally up to 3 weeks. Tracked.
- The first scan can take a few days to appear after dispatch.
- If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, write to hello@starfalljewellery.com with your order number.
