Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Australia only.

Cost

Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Prices are in Australian dollars and are the total you pay: no shipping fee, tax or duty is added at checkout or on delivery.

Origin and delivery times

Ships direct from our partner workshop. Dispatched in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually 5 to 11 days, occasionally up to 3 weeks. Tracked.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of your order and are not guaranteed. For gifts: order by 12 December for delivery before Christmas (most orders); from 13 December, order by 1 February for delivery before Valentine's Day (most orders).

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. The first scan can take a few days to appear.

Address errors

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us before dispatch and we will correct it.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email hello@starfalljewellery.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it, with no need to return it. See our Refund Policy.
